I am an in-network provider with United Healthcare/Optum, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, and most other state PPO BCBS plans.
If you are not sure if I am an in-network provider for your specific plan, please feel free to visit your insurance plan’s website
or call their customer service line (typically on the back of your insurance card).

Your fees will vary depending on your plan (considering deductible, copays, etc.), so contact your insurance plan to learn more about what therapy might cost.

Private Pay Fees

For clients who are not planning on using insurance or would prefer to utilize out-of-network (OON) benefits, I offer therapy for private pay as well.

Initial Consultation: $250
55-min Therapy Session: $250
45-min Therapy Session: $200

You may be eligible for reimbursement of a portion of your out-of-pocket therapy costs when you utilize out-of-network (OON) providers!

to learn more about how your insurance benefits may be able to cut down on therapy costs even with OON providers.

I partner with Open Path Collective to provide a number of sliding scale spots (fee of $70) for clients with low income or without insurance.
