Assessment Services
Pursuing a formal diagnosis can be an important step in more deeply understanding your lived experience and how certain symptoms may be impacting you, especially if you’re in need of some more clarity and support. But it can also be so nerve-wracking! In my assessment approach, I aim to make sure that you understand the process, have the space to ask all of the questions you need, and feel supported in identifying next steps after receiving the report.

What to expect with my psychodiagnostic assessments:
Approximately three sessions: An initial interview where we review current symptoms and background/history, a testing session, and a feedback session where we review the written report together. This typically takes a few weeks, but usually no more than a month.
An evidence-based assessment battery, conducted and fully completed by a psychologist trained in assessment and diagnosis.
Additional letters/forms completed for school and work accommodation requests*, as needed.
*Please note that I will not be able to complete FMLA or other leave paperwork for any client without a previously established therapeutic relationship and ongoing treatment plan.
